Cancellations
If you need to withdraw from a class for which you are registered, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 administrative fee, through the first class. No refunds are permitted after that time. There are no refunds on workshops. If you are unable to make it to a class due to illness or weather conditions, please call the office to let us know and we will do our best to inform your instructor.
In the case of Art Barn closures/cancellations of class due to weather, instructor illness, etc., you will receive communication from the Art Barn office and/or your instructor via email. Any closures due to weather will also be posted on Art Barn's social media. If the Art Barn cancels a class or session, a refund will be issued or a makeup date offered. If you have any questions as to class status, please feel free to call the office during business hours.

Accessibility Statement
Registered participants who would like to be accommodated with an ASL interpreter and or large print materials for funded programs should contact our Program Manager at programs@artbarnschool.org or 219-462-9009.

Requests should be made 30 days in advance. Staff will respond in the method used to contact us. A confirmation about arrangements will be made. Staff will greet participants upon arrival to provide materials or arrange accommodations.
Additional items upon request with 2 days advance notice:

Temporary ramps for access in our lower level.

A portable sound system to improve sound quality.

A 50” monitor can enlarge viewing of live demonstrations and captioning for video.

Bridges and holds can be made available to assist with grip and hand support for dexterity issues.
